Space Rentals
Brandywine Workshop and Archives (BWA) is located at 730 S. Broad Street on the Avenue of the Arts, Philadelphia, PA. The open gallery space provides a great atmosphere for small to medium-sized meetings, cocktail parties, music rehearsal, corporate meetings, lectures, or receptions. The walls are constantly filled with artworks by culturally diverse artists.
BWA can accommodate up to 80 seated guests.
Rental Fees
Includes up to three hours of event time, with one-hour each for set-up and clean-up.
Standard Rental
$1000 for 4 hours with 1 hour set up and 1 hour breakdown
$125 for each additional hour
Insurance certificate required (regular/special event)
Included in the Rental
Full service residential style kitchen with gas range stove, microwave, oven, large refrigerator, and sink/prep counter
